Finally

Finally I am not so sick that I cannot move. Last week I got sick very very badly. I haven't been so sick since I was 10 or so. It was a head-cold turned cough turned chest infection turned fever turned nausea/vomiting turned headache/dizziness and now just back to the head cold. I even had a short stay in the emergency room for that one time last week when I was coughing up blood. Mostly I was concerned since I had a patient that may have had TB a few weeks earlier and one thing about my job is that you never really find out the conclusions of these tests and things. Anyways, turns out that I should be relieved... I don't have TB (and neither did my patient), I was just coughing so much that I burst some blood vessels in my lungs and that was why I was coughing up blood. My lungs hurt.

Finally we are moved in to our new place. Although there are boxes of unpacked junk randomly placed around the new place, we are officially moved in. Well, except that most of my mail isn't forwarded to the right address and I left my crock pot behind at my old place... Anyways, the new place so far is so good. Props to my wonderful husband who packed and moved the whole house by himself since I was sick on the couch.

Finally I can get on the internet again. It's amazing how disconnected from the world you feel when you don't have an internet connection. Is this sad? Probably... but whatever... sweet sweet internet... I could quit any time I wanted to... I could...really...

Well, since I did spend a whole week on the couch, that's all the updates I have.
